By the time this gets posted, I should be heading to San Francisco to run in the Bay to Breakers Run. Of course, I'm gonna be doing it wearing running shoes, socks and a smile. All y'all, think positive nice weather karma in the direction of the Bay Area. Forecast is calling for rain. Ugh!
In preparation for the big race, Damien and I ran a 5K cross country race and I chose to exercise my right to exercise nekkid. Whoot! And guess what. I got second place in my age group. Give it up for φhi.
